I came to Gail after seeing an article called "Ultra Independence is a Trauma Response". It really stuck with me and I contacted her right away. I have an entire lifetime of trauma that we slowly unpack and get to the root of and through all of it I have never felt judged. I know this is changing my life one day at a time.
