At Simpatico Publishing, every bundle is built with voltage, care, and intention. Because our products are digital (ebooks, audiobooks, audio meditations, and bundles), they cannot be returned once delivered. Below is our clear refund policy.

 

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Bundles)All sales are final. Once you receive the download link or file, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.If you experience technical issues (e.g., corrupted files, download errors), contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@simpaticopublishing.co.uk and we will re-supply the files at no additional charge.

 

2. Limited Edition Bundles & DropsLimited drops are exclusive and non-refundable once purchased.In the rare case of a duplicate order (accidental double purchase), please email us within 7 days. We will verify and issue a refund for the duplicate.

 

3. Coaching & Services (if applicable)Coaching sessions purchased through Simpatico are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. After this window, no refunds are available. Sessions may be rescheduled once with 24 hours’ notice.
